Stop receiving our post
If we wrote to you and you would rather we had not, tell us and we will stop. Immediately, permanently, and without asking you why.
Your right here is absolute
You do not need to give a reason and we do not get to weigh it up. An objection to direct marketing is an absolute right under the UK GDPR — we suppress your details and that is the end of it.

What happens next
- We add you to our suppression list the day we receive it.
- Every future mailing is screened against that list before it is sent.
- We keep only the minimum needed to keep you suppressed — your name and address, and nothing else. We keep that indefinitely, because deleting it entirely is how people end up getting written to again.
If you receive anything from us after opting out, that is our mistake. Tell us and we will find out why.
Where your details came from
Your council's public register of licensed short-term lets, which every Scottish council must publish by law. The full explanation is in our privacy notice.
